ETERNAL HAPPINESS

An outgoing girl creates two puzzling affairs. KWUN’s (YE MICHELLE) father YU (LO HOI PANG) used to be a royal doctor. Although he is a well-educated man, he believes that girls should stay home. KWUN wants to study, so she dresses up like a boy and attends a school. She meets a Mongolian Prince YI (MA TAK CHUNG, JOE) and a Duke’s son WAH (LAM RAYMOND) there and they become sworn brothers. YI knows that KWUN is a girl, but he does not unveil her secret. YU is planning to set up a marriage between her and WAH. Meanwhile, a wealthy merchant BIK (CHEUNG CHUNG CHI, DEON) also proposes to her parents for him to marry her. As the wedding day approaches, KWUN decides to tell YI her feelings. However, YI has to rush back home for his sick father, so he asks WAH to meet KWUN instead. KWUN is disappointed. She then decides to run away from home. Her masquerade as a boy causes many jokes and also drags her into many dangers. She has two puzzling affairs with both WAH and YI separately. Later, she finds out that WAH is her proposed fiance while YI is a prince…
